The Greatest Gift In Luke 2:10-11 an angel of the Lord visits some shepherds in a field watching over their flock at night. They were the first to hear and to celebrate the wonderful birth of the Son of God. It was a special gift for given to them for it was the news of great joy! It is also a gift for you and me. It is actually the greatest gift ever given!
